Forging a Path is the eighth level of Killzone.
Plot
Templar's squad make their way to the uplink while attacking Helghast positions. They come across a forward logistic base in which they raid it to find transportation to the uplink. After securing the base, they examine a map and find they are still far away from the uplink, and they do not have enough time to stop General Adams from attacking the Earth fleet. Luger noticed a nearby missile base and proposed going there to acquire Helghast transport. Although Hakha points out the missile base is heavily defended, Templar sees no other choice but to go there.
Unknown to the squad, General Lente is also heading to the same base. Meanwhile General Adams is left very displeased to hear of Templar's squad's recent actions of hindering the Helghast's invasion, in which Adams loses his temper by repeatedly smashing his underling's head.
