Hidden Pasts is the ninth level of Killzone.
Plot
Templar's squad has reached the missile base, where the Helghast had repurposed ISA missiles to target Vekta City. The squad fights into the base and shuts down the missile launches. They encounter and battle General Lente and his bodyguards, and emerge victorious.
Defeated, Lente recognizes Hakha and reveals to the squad that he and Hakha were former trusted friends; their friendship deteriorated when Hakha became disgusted with Visari's tyranny. Lente spitefully mocks Hakha by informing how his family shunned him except for his brother, who stood up for Hakha and was personally executed by Lente. Upon hearing this, Hakha kills Lente without hesitation. The squad takes Lente's dropship and travels to the uplink.
Lente's death is seen by General Adams from the platform's camera. Adams is left satisfied to see Lente's death and failure to stop the squad before ordering the entire platform secured.
