Corporal Bilinghurst is an ISA soldier who appears in Killzone and Killzone 2.
Biography
Second Extrasolar War
During the outbreak of the Second Extrasolar War, Private Bilinghurst briefly helped guide Captain Jan Templar through burning offices until he stayed behind to secure the area.[1]
Bilinghurst later confronted Templar and his team at gunpoint in which he accused them of being traitors working for the Helghast; Bilinghurst and along with other ISA soldiers were lied to by General Stuart Adams, the real traitor who framed Bradley Vaughton and his allies for attempting to take control of the SD Platform for the Helghast. Bilinghurst was then quickly subdued by Luger and was forced to reveal Templar of Vaughton's death. He was then released and Luger told him to return to his squad.[2]
Operation Archangel
After the Helghast were repelled from Vekta, Bilinghurst was promoted to Corporal and participated in Operation Archangel. He was on board the New Sun while it was being being attacked by Helghast Leech Pods. Tomas Sevchenko became trapped with Billinghurst in a security airlock, which leads to the cruiser's AA-guns. Because the security camera system on the New Sun was down, the frightened crew refused to let anyone pass through the airlock without matching their identity against the cruiser's personnel database. After Billinghurst provided his name, rank and serial number, the crew opened the doors and allowed Sev to man the AA-guns.[3]
It is unknown if Billinghurst made off the New Sun prior to its destruction.
Trivia
