Biography
Wertham voiced a scathing report on current Helghast comic books in the Helghast Daily News, which he claimed that the medium was corrupting Helghast youth and filling them with "idealistic nonsense". He was mainly critical over the content's portrayal of war as a necessary evil rather than a glorious pursuit. Wertham makes an exception with the war comic, The Shadow, a "proper" comic book.[1]
