The VC11 is a single shot launcher that fires air burst shells. These shells fire up, and then propel downwards. The VC11 requires some amount of clearance to be used effectively, but has a wide area of effect.
Strategy
The VC11 should ideally be used to kill enemies that are hiding behind cover or trenched in a certain location. The VC11 is not a rocket launcher and shouldn't be mistaken as such.
